The infringement of this prohibition is an offence that may incur the offenders’ liability.
Likewise, it is strictly forbidden to use or reproduce the name Rout Lëns and/or its logo, alone or combined, for any reason on any medium without the specific prior consent of the publisher.

Personal data protection
The information gathered on you is processed for the use of the project team (survey, workshop registration, suggestion box) and the Rout Lëns marketing department so that they can keep you up to date on news of the district, its progress, events and new features (registration for the newsletter), or  answer your questions and offer you the best possible service (contact form).

We use external service providers to provide services, including for analysing the survey results and sending emails. These providers process your data on behalf of Rout Lëns, but under no circumstances will this information be transferred, sold or hired out to third parties.

We will store your data for as long as necessary in order to exploit the results of the citizens’ survey and keep you informed about the life of the Rout Lëns district. However, pursuant to the GDPR (general data protection regulation), you have the right at all times to access, modify, correct and delete data concerning you; you can use the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of each newsletter, or send a request to info@routlens.lu.

 

Limited liability
Although information published on the site routlens.lu is deemed to be accurate and up to date, errors or omissions can occur. Pharos Real Estate Fund S.C.A. does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or comprehensiveness of any information obtained directly or indirectly on the site and expressly declines all responsibility for any errors or omissions found there. The information communicated on or downloadable from the site, and any representations, photographs and plans, are not contractually binding.

Pharos Real Estate Fund S.C.A. has no control over the content or practices of these sites, and assumes no responsibility for them.
