The information collected about you is processed by the project team (surveys, signing up for workshops, suggestions), for the Rout Lëns marketing department, in order to keep you informed about the latest information about the neighbourhood, progress of the project, events, news (signing up for newsletters) or to answer your questions and offer you the best service (contact form).
We use external service providers to offer services such as analysing survey results and sending emails. These service providers process your data on behalf of Rout Lëns, but in no case will your data be transferred, sold or rented to third parties.
We will keep your data for as long as it is needed to use the results of the public survey and to keep you informed about life in the Rout Lëns neighbourhood. Please note that in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete your personal data at any time.
