Exhibition of the Rout Lëns model

South-west of Esch-sur-Alzette, , the “Lentille Terres-Rouges” brownfield site, once dedicated to steelmaking, is being transformed into a sustainable, innovative and exemplary new place to live.

Focusing on the quality of life of its occupants, the new Rout Lëns neighbourhood will cover 10.5 hectares, made up of different kinds of accommodation, shops and local services, flexible and innovative work spaces, a school complex (day care centre, crèche etc.), recreational facilities (sports facilities, cafes and restaurants), public areas and green spaces. All of this will be structured around the Allée de la Culture Industrielle, which will connect each of the renovated industrial buildings.

Within the framework of the public inquiry into the Partial Development Plan (PAP) for the Rout Lëns neighbourhood, come and see the model of the project and find out more about what’s happened at the Escher Infofabrik, 85 rue de l’Alzette in Esch-sur-Alzette, from 18 January to 15 February 2021

L’exposition est ouverte du lundi au samedi de 9h00 à 13h00 puis de 14h00 à 18h00.
